Overview of the game Lineage 2M

Lineage 2M attempts to bring one of NCSOFT's most successful MMORPGs to mobile platforms. Even though the original Lineage 2 could not become as popular in Korea as its progenitor in the face of the isometric Lineage, in the West, on the contrary, the game gained great popularity.

Lineage 2M is a remake, not a spin-off (based on) Lineage 2. The developers tried to keep as much as possible from the source, fixing several severe sores, such as a crooked engine that hardly copes with loads regardless of PC configuration.

The project was created on Unreal Engine 4 entirely in 3D, well optimized for mobile platforms, and provides convenient tools for work. In addition, it can also be run on PC via the official NCSoft Purple emulator. The PC version supports 4K UHD resolution and related peripherals.

NCSOFT also added to the game a vast open world measuring 102.5 square kilometers, more than 100 different classes, including classic and new archetypes, a familiar development system, and an intelligent teamplay system. Lineage 2 was so famous. Perhaps a successful remake on Unreal Engine 4 will allow you to refine the original version for PC because experiments with the engine will not be new for Lineage 2.
