1. Registration and Moderation

1.1 Upon registration in the ranking, each server undergoes verification by the MMOTOP.org administration. If all rules are adhered to, the server is approved for participation.

1.2 The following types of resources are prohibited from the ranking:

• Resources that violate international law or generally accepted moral standards.

1.3 To activate a server in the ranking, the following conditions must be met:

• Place a voting button prominently on the server’s website (this can include multiple pages or mirrors of the resource).

• Complete the server profile in the control panel.

• Accumulate a minimum of five votes for the server.

1.4 Servers without a registered domain or hosted on free platforms are not eligible for registration.

1.5 After initial approval, server details can be updated freely (except for the server URL). Information provided must remain accurate and up-to-date.

2. Voting Rules

2.1 Users are prohibited from voting more than once per day for a single server, with the exception of SMS votes. Uniqueness is verified by IP address and nickname during voting. Violations may result in votes being annulled.

2.2 SMS voting is permitted, with a limit of 100 votes per server per hour. Fees for SMS votes are displayed on the voting page.

2.3 Registered users can rate the quality of a server once a month. Ratings can be submitted by clicking the relevant icon next to the server description.

2.4 Cheating votes through scripts, programs, proxy services, or similar methods is strictly prohibited. Any violations, including coercion to vote via spam messages, may result in vote resets, server bans, or removal from the ranking.

2.5 Servers are forbidden from changing URLs between different servers or resources. Violations will result in a ban.

3. Content and Presentation Guidelines

3.1 Server description banners must not exceed 100 KB in size. Flash banners are not permitted.

3.2 Misleading information in server descriptions is grounds for blocking or removal from the ranking.

3.3 Servers may also be disqualified for other reasons, such as:

• Using stolen designs.

• Hosting links to clone or competing rankings.

4. Monthly Reset and Cleanup

4.1 Votes are reset on the first day of each month.

4.2 Inactive or “dead” servers are removed from the ranking five days after the monthly vote reset.

5. Voting and Comments

5.1 Voting

1. Both registered users and guests can vote for servers.

2. Only registered users can evaluate server quality.

3. SMS votes are available to support servers, with costs displayed on the voting page.

5.2 Comments

1. Comments must not contain profanity or abusive language.

2. Advertising or promotional content in comments or server descriptions is prohibited.

3. Flooding or duplicating comments is not allowed.

4. Comments can only be posted by registered users.

5. Messages written entirely in capital letters or containing insults toward users or administrators are forbidden. Violations may result in immediate bans without warning.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

6.1 MMOTOP.org adheres to international standards for data protection. User data is collected and processed solely for fulfilling obligations related to the platform’s services and for improving user experience.

6.2 The following information may be collected during registration:

• Name, email address, and IP address.

• Other optional details, such as date of birth or gender.

6.3 By registering on the site, users consent to the processing and storage of their data for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Account management.

• Marketing campaigns and surveys.

• Fraud prevention.

6.4 MMOTOP.org reserves the right to use cookies to improve functionality and analytics. Cookies do not store sensitive information and can be managed through browser settings.

6.5 Users’ IP addresses are logged for security purposes but are not used to personally identify individuals.

7. Violations and Penalties

7.1 Violations of these rules may result in:

• Vote resets.

• Temporary or permanent bans.

• Removal from the ranking.

7.2 Users or servers engaging in prohibited activities such as vote manipulation, providing false information, or posting offensive content will face appropriate consequences.

8. Modifications to Rules

8.1 MMOTOP.org reserves the right to modify these rules at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
