Publish, operate and grow your server.
A complete map of the owner workspace—from the first listing through verification, launches, player engagement and paid growth.
Open the owner workspace
- Sign in and open Dashboard.
- Use the left sidebar to move between listings, publications, analytics and billing.
- Complete your profile so player-facing activity has a recognizable identity.
Create a complete listing
Open Dashboard → Add server. Add the game, version, rates, launch date/status, language, monetization, website, ping endpoint, Discord, tags, description, logo, banner and optional gallery.
Launch checklist
The form tracks nine readiness items. A complete logo, banner, detailed description, website, Discord, status endpoint, launch date, monetization disclosure and ownership verification improve trust and conversion.
New listings are never published immediately: submit the form and wait for moderation.
Understand listing states
| Pending | Waiting for moderator review. |
| Changes requested | Open My servers → Edit and address the moderator comment. |
| Published | Visible publicly and included in rankings. |
| Rejected / suspended | Read the decision and contact moderation before resubmitting. |
Every owner edit returns the listing to moderation. Public data remains protected from unreviewed changes.
My servers → Edit
Edit core listing information, lifecycle status and monetization. Use Tools & wipes for operational history and wipe events. The server page contains website, Discord, Compare, Vote, Watchlist, verification and player feedback actions.
Keep the ping URL reliable: it powers online/offline status, uptime history, Health Score and owner alerts.
Prove ownership and domain control
Open Claim & Verify, select one of your own servers and choose DNS TXT, verification file or floating badge. Complete the check from the same owner account.
A fully verified server combines owner, domain and uptime signals. “Recently verified” reflects the oldest successful check and ages automatically.
Publication Studio
Open Dashboard → Server news. Choose a server, write a news item or announcement, add a cover image and submit it for moderation.
Approved publications appear on the server page. Publications from servers with an active paid listing also appear in /news with the server name and publication type.
Votes, referrals and feedback
- Vote & referral logs: private owner-only player login and timestamp records.
- Promo & referrals: create bonus codes and referral links, track clicks and uses.
- Badge builder: generate verified, online, votes, rating or game-rank embeds.
- Reviews: monitor feedback; suspicious waves receive reduced weight.
- Reports: moderators handle inaccurate dates, fake online status, fraud, copies and toxic content.
Players must enter their in-game login when voting or following a referral so you can deliver rewards manually.
Paid visibility options
| Premium / Sponsor | Highlighted listing and stronger ranking visibility. |
| Featured launch | One-time priority placement for 24 or 72 hours. |
| Category sponsor | Banner on a specific game landing page for 7 or 30 days. |
| Advertising | Campaign creative, destination, budget, impressions, clicks and CTR. |
Paid placement is visually disclosed; verification and organic trust signals remain separate.
Measure discovery and conversion
Benchmark compares CTR, votes, rating and Health Score with the median of the same game. Advanced analytics adds sources, geography, conversion and previous-period comparisons for 7, 30 or 90 days.
Views are deduplicated per device/day. Clicks are tracked through the MMOTOP.ORG outbound redirect. Geography comes from Cloudflare country metadata; raw IP addresses are not exposed to owners.
Alerts, status and launches
- Configure alerts for offline status, Health Score drops, reviews, plan expiry and upcoming launches.
- Add wipe and launch dates so followers receive reminders and calendar entries.
- Use lifecycle states: Announced, Pre-registration, Beta, Launching soon, Live, Maintenance and Closed.
- Watch Notifications for moderation, billing and system activity.
Orders, API keys and webhooks
Billing contains pending and paid orders. API access is user-level rather than tied to one server. After payment, create a key and copy it immediately; rotating it revokes the previous key.
Business and Enterprise plans can configure signed event delivery in Dashboard → API webhooks. Technical integration details are in the developer documentation.
Common problems
- Server not visible: check its moderation state and feedback.
- Changes disappeared publicly: edits wait for a new moderation decision.
- Verification fails: confirm you selected your own listing and that DNS/file content exactly matches the token.
- Offline status is wrong: verify the ping URL accepts a HEAD request and is publicly reachable.
- Analytics is empty: detailed data starts accumulating after tracking is enabled and requires real visits.
- Webhook fails: inspect the delivery log, return 2xx within six seconds and verify the HMAC against the raw body.
