Overview of the game Clone Wars Adventures

Clone Wars Adventures is a children's browser-based MMORPG from Sony Online Entertainment based on the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series. Unfortunately, the game failed to live up to the company's expectations and ended up shutting down a few years after launch.

Locations and characters in the game completely repeated those in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. For example, you could meet Obi-Wan, ancient Yoda and Anakin Skywalker, chat with them and take a couple of quests. Of course, the children's Clone Wars was also filled with various mini-games, such as lightsaber fights, space battles, speeder rides, shooting competitions, collectible card battles with chips and many other types of mini-games. In terms of graphics, the project tried to imitate the animated series everywhere and ran right in the browser.

In general, it cannot be said that children did not like Clone Wars Adventures, but not all children have a lot of money with them to spend in free-to-play games, which is why the project seems to have turned out to be simply unprofitable.
