ElForest game review

ElForest is an interesting mmorpg made in anime style. The originality of the project is given by the presence of elements of card games in it. The game was first shown at the G-Star exhibition, which took place in 2013. The basis for the creation of the project was the famous Chinese novel "Journey to the West", however, in practice this is not particularly noticed. The plot in this project is used only as a background for the main elements of the gameplay.

Transformation and map system

The game uses a transformation system for which cards are used. At the same time, there are many elements of transformations in the project. For example, in ElForest the Monkey King has 108 transformation options. At the same time, the Sand Monk (Sha Wujing) only has 36 transformations. Cards in ElForest can be collected and put into collections to be used later in battle. With some cards you can turn into monsters, and with the help of others you can increase the basic characteristics of the hero. With the help of other cards, you can increase your various abilities. To start your own guild or start a crafting system, you need to use certain cards. lForest has another interesting feature that deserves respect - here you can quickly switch between non-target and point`n`click combat systems.

The game was developed by East Interactive. Previously, this studio has already released one successful project - Dragonica, which we previously wrote about on the MMOTOP.ORG website. Therefore, ElForest may also become very popular.
