Review of the game Lost Paradise

Lost Paradise is a turn-based multiplayer shooter. In this project, the developers were able to achieve a successful combination of elements of a classic shooter with elements of RPG and strategy.

Plot

The events in the game take place in the near future, which, according to the laws of the genre, is always post-apocalyptic. The culprit of the global catastrophe in this case is an unusual race of Wanderers who landed on our planet directly from space. This event happened just on the day of the end of the famous Mayan calendar, namely in December 2012. Aliens from outer space immediately began to clean up all major cities from the so-called wild barbarians, which they called people. At the same time, people tried their best to destroy the ship of space Wanderers with the help of missiles. Such a war continued for several years, resulting in the deaths of many millions of people. Still, the alien ship was shot down and the Wanderers settled in one of the two remaining opposing cities. It is these two races - Earthlings and Wanderers that are fighting each other in a battle not for life, but to death.

Gameplay

Thus, in Lost Paradise you will be able to choose one of two races. At the same time, 5 character classes will be available to you: scout, medic, technician, sniper and assault infantryman. The pumping mechanism in this game is implemented as a military career. The main character starts as a private and gradually moves up the ranks, ending with a colonel. As he develops, he receives all kinds of perks, of which a fairly large assortment is offered in the game. In Lost Paradise there are also huge robots, which are called KOPP here. To destroy enemies, you will be offered a whole set of all kinds of weapons, the characteristics of which can change at your discretion.

Combat system

The combat system in Lost Paradise is very close to old school games such as UFO and Fallout, which we mentioned more than once on the MMOTOP.ORG website. Battles take place in separate locations, divided into hexagons. Players participating in battles move in turn, spending a certain number of action points to move, shoot, or reload. In general, all this is reminiscent of the good old Fallout. In general, in the game Lost Paradise we will encounter classic turn-based battles, which at the same time are distinguished by the dynamics of shooters. It is important to note the interesting teamplay that plays a big role here. Without coordinated teamwork, surviving in Lost Paradise will be very problematic. That is why for a successful game it is better to immediately find a permanent group of players.

Varieties of combat modes

Lost Paradise currently has 5 combat modes:

- simple team battles; - 3 types of duels; - point capture mode.

After completing each session of the game, users can go to the game city, where there is a special store, or visit a residential area. The game features a well-implemented clan system. In addition, you will encounter an advanced political system offering the capture of mines and settlements, the construction of houses and the maintenance of military equipment in proper condition. This set of features suggests that Lost Paradise can reach a fairly high level. The game will definitely appeal to all fans of turn-based tactical battles.
