Valiance City can be considered a spiritual continuation of another superhero-themed MMO, City of Heroes, which closed in 2012. A small team of authors created the project with many ideas but no money. Funding for making the game is planned to take on Kickstarter, but the problem is not only in cash but also in the scale of ideas intended to be implemented. In particular, Valiance City will implement a wide range of tools for designing locations and actual storylines available to ordinary players.

However, Valiance City is not the only project that continues the work of the slowed-down City of Heroes game. For example, the game City of Titans was created in a similar setting. You will also have the opportunity to create your own superheroes here. Therefore, it is not yet clear which of these two projects will become more successful and promising. The advantages of Valiance City can be considered a completely open world without any loading screens, as well as a wide variety of locations, of which there should be more than 20 in the game.
