Shadowbane is an MMORPG developed in 1999 by Stray Bullet Games. Closer to the release, the authors found a publisher in the person of Ubisoft, and the project was launched in 2003. He could please the players with a PvP component, as well as massive choices, among 12 races, 22 classes, 48 ​​subclasses, over 200 talent points, and 500 skills. The game was closed in 2009 due to the lack of players, and the next 17 years remained in oblivion, and the rights to the project were bought by the Chinese company CHANGYOU, which revived the MMORPG Shadowbane.
