Popular interface mod for MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV has lost support – The author is looking for someone who will continue his work - Final Fantasy XIV

Although modifications for the MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV are not officially allowed and contrary to the terms of the agreement, you can find custom add-ons on the network that developers, intentionally or accidentally, turn a blind eye to. These include Material UI, which paints and modifies various user interface elements.

Unfortunately, the last update for Material UI will be the last, since the creator of this modification under the nickname Skotlex decided stop their activities. According to the user, recently he has completely stopped playing games and, in particular, Final Fantasy XIV, which creates a problem for keeping the mod up to date. Thus, at the beginning of this week, the final update was released.

However, all is not yet lost. On his Discord server, Skotlex wrote that he was having a “slow talk” with someone about transferring support for the mod. He hopes to resolve the issue by June, but points out that the GitHub page and Discord server will be gone on June 30th unless someone else takes the lead.
